Sunday: Rapha Gentlemen's Race; 125 miles New Paltz, NY Priority B (Note: That priority B thing Adidas Originals Light Blue doesn't mean that I shouldn't turn myself inside out with hard effort, only that I haven't tapered and rested as much as I would before a Priority A event)

Phosphagen Elite, but only before a long, challenging effort of some kind. This stuff honestly can make me feel a little agitated, but it is pretty energizing when you have a long day ahead.
